Check availability of meeting rooms from your iPhone.
Supports Microsoft Exchange 2007-2016, Office 365 and G Suite.
Instead of opening Outlook or Google Calendar, Roomr can tell you which meeting rooms are free and allow you to book a room with a single click!
Browse rooms in Exchange using GAL search, Address Lists (in Exchange 2013+ & Exchange Online) and Room Lists or G Suite (Resources)
Search for availability at a specific date & time and quickly book a room. This requires Room Lists when connected to Exchange.
Scan QR codes outside each meeting room to provide quick access to the rooms schedule and booking options without knowing the rooms email address. You can easily favourite rooms youve scanned.
Setup is simple. It takes less than one minute to get up and running.
There is no other software required to use Roomr. Your credentials are only used when necessary and HTTPS is used for all communications.
